1. Seller identification
This website is run as a personal hobby dedicated to selling collectible cards. For questions, use the contacts available on the site.
2. Products and card condition
Cards are graded according to condition:
- Like new – Perfect condition.
- Almost new – Minor signs of use.
- Used – Normal wear.
- Very used – Visible marks.
- Worn – Evident damage.
3. Upload and sale rules
The following rules apply to publishing and selling cards on the platform:
- Required photos – Listings must always include front and back photos. Images must be original and taken by the seller; images taken from the internet are not allowed.
- Photo quality – Photos must be taken on neutral backgrounds, using a high-contrast color that makes the card stand out and easier to identify, supporting future AI auto-cropping.
- Correct collection – You must specify the correct card collection. Before creating a new collection, always check if it already exists on the platform.
- Card name – Changing the card name after publication is not allowed, except for spelling corrections. Improper changes harm SEO and listing visibility.
- Shipping – Secure shipping is mandatory: the card must be placed in a sleeve and toploader. Shipping must be completed within 3 business days after purchase.
- Prohibited practices – Selling counterfeits or replicas is forbidden, as is creating duplicate listings or spam.
- Communication – The seller must respond to messages or emails within 24 hours.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in listing removal without prior notice.
4. Payment
Payments via Stripe. By purchasing, you accept Stripe's terms: stripe.com.
5. Prices and taxes
Hobby activity; prices do not include VAT and no invoices with fiscal validity are issued.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping by mail, preferably registered. Timelines vary by destination; we are not responsible for postal delays.
7. Email updates and status notifications
By using the platform, you agree to receive transactional emails about your orders and offers, including confirmations, updates, and status changes. These messages are necessary to keep you informed and are not marketing.
8. Returns and refunds
Only in case of shipping error. Must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
9. Privacy
Data is used only to process orders; not shared with third parties.
10. Changes
Terms may be changed at any time; check periodically.
11. Applicable law
